The Commission
We take a small number of commissions at a time, because each one occupies a bench for weeks. That constraint is what lets us hand set every stone and revise a drawing until it is right.

A conversation by video, to understand the piece, the occasion and the budget.

Certified stones sourced and presented for your selection, with full documentation.

Hand sketches, then a rendered proof to approve before any metal is cut.

Made by hand in our workshop, inspected under magnification, delivered with its certification.
The Stones
We do not buy stones in parcels. Every centre stone is selected against your brief and presented with its certification before anything is committed.
Questions
Yes — one of the most rewarding commissions we take. We assess the stone first and tell you honestly whether it is sound enough to reset.
Always. Tell us the figure at the consultation; the stone is where the budget goes, so that is where we make it work.
Eight to twelve weeks for most commissions. Complex settings and rare stones take longer — we tell you before you commit, not after.
Cleaning, inspection and resizing are covered for life, and your certification and sketches stay on file.
