The piece the house is known for. Stones step down in weight from the centre outward so the cross keeps its proportion at any scale, and the claws are cut back until, from the front, it appears to be made entirely of light. The four-petal gallery is visible only in profile. The reverse is polished and engraved to the same standard as the front, because it is the side that rests against the wearer.
